Each year, Brian hosts a Christmas Concert that brings together theatre, dance, music and set design onto the stage at Queen’s Hall. For 2019, he had a vision of majestic gothic arches, typically found in medieval architecture. Titled ‘Christmas Joy With a Sprinkle of Magic,’ the task at hand was to keep the campaign within the festive and celebratory gamut of Christmas while veering away from any dark or particularly religious symbols.

This concert continues to be a family experience as Brian wanted to maintain that childlike feeling of awe and enchantment at the magic of Christmas. As the production grew into what patrons ultimately saw on stage, the demands of the designs grew, spanning a full 360 campaign across tv, print, social media, signage and digital billboards.
Sitting in the audience on the final night for the first time as a patron, I got to feel the the Sprinkle of Magic that Brian Mac Farlane brought to this production. It was truly an honour to be a part of something that would bring such joy and wonder to so many people in Trinidad and Tobago.
